From my experience, I've learned that genuinely malicious people have bullied me, and as the situation improved, they changed their attitude and started treating me well. They never admit their wrongdoings, and even though they might think they are responding honorably, in reality, they often feel aggrieved. Such individuals only care about their well-being and, despite knowing their faults, if it seems beneficial, they pretend to be friendly and treat the ones they bullied well. However, if there seems to be no advantage or if they think they have treated me too harshly, they disregard me as if I do not exist. Even if there are many such people around me, complaining about their attitude does not garner any significant attention, and surprisingly, I get even more upset by the fact that these people with bad characters have many friends.
